The convincing victory secured Nigeria's place in the knockout stage as they continue their pursuit of another continental title. 

The rescued victims included 163 people kidnapped from Woro Community in Kaiama Local Government Area of Kwara State and 145 others from Niger State, who were freed during a coordinated intelligence-led operation conducted in the Kainji Lake National Park Forest.

The victims were abducted after Boko Haram-linked extremists stormed the rural communities of Woro and Nuku on motorcycles, carrying out a coordinated attack that reportedly lasted for several hours.

He added that Operation Hadin Kai has announced a substantial financial reward for credible information that will lead to the arrest of MUSA, while assuring the public that the identities of informants would be treated with strict confidentiality.

In a statement, the President's Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, BAYO ONANUGA, said the revised salary structure will take effect from September 1. 

AJAYI recalled that the state prohibited the use of firewood for commercial cooking several years ago, stressing that the policy remains fully in force.

SOLUDO made the statement while speaking at the Delta State Economic and Investment Summit, where he also expressed confidence in Nigeria's economic prospects.
