The Archbishop of Enugu Ecclesiastical criticises the Presidential Candidate of the All Progressive Congress.

The Archbishop of Enugu Ecclesiastical Province and Bishop of Enugu Diocese, Church of Nigeria, Anglican Communion, Emmanuel Chukwuma has criticized the presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress, Bola Tinibu, over his choice of a running mate. 

Bishop Chukwuma, who wondered why APC decided to make their ticket Muslim-Muslim, insisted that there are credible Christian leaders who can complete the task for the party.

The bishop further warned that any attempt by any of the political parties to rig the election come 2023 will bring disaster to the nation, stressing that people must be allowed to exercise their franchise and their votes must be counted without manipulation.

On the lingering strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU, Bishop Chukwuma called on President Muhamadu Buhari, to immediately release money for ASUU to get back to work.
