PRESIDENT BUHARI ARRIVES LAGOS TO COMMISSION NEWLY BUILT PROJECTS

President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived in Lagos on a working visit to commission and inspect some projects in the state.


The president who arrived at about 10 this morning at the Presidential Wing of the Murtala Muhammad Airport, Lagos, was welcomed to the state by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and some members of the Lagos State Executive Council.


President Buhari is expected to commission the newly built international terminal of the Murtala Muhammad Airport, Lagos, with a capacity to process 14million passengers per annum and built on a landmass of approximately 56,000 square meters with 66 check-in counters.


The acting general manager, corporate affairs, Faithful Hope-Ivbaze, in a statement said that there will also be a signing of a memorandum of understanding with the Lagos State Government on the 9kilometers Airport -Shasha-Alimosho link road to be constructed by the State Government.
