Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour Eyes 2027 Lagos Governorship Race.

The 2023 governorship candidate of the Labour Party in Lagos state, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, GRV, has officially announced his decision to run in the 2027 Lagos State governorship election.

Rhodes-Vivour shared his intention in an interview, emphasizing his commitment to achieving his goal of becoming Lagos State Governor, insisting that he would not give up on his ambition.

However, he refrained from disclosing whether he would remain with the Labour Party or pursue his political ambition in another political party.

Rhodes-Vivour, contested the 2023 Lagos State governorship election under the platform of the Labour Party but was defeated by the incumbent governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
