A social reformer and Human rights advocate, Larry Oguego has counseled the law enforcement agencies on adopting a multi-faceted approach in curbing heightened insecurity challenge in the country following the alleged killing of an Army major in Ihiala, Anambra State today.

Larry who spoke as a guest yesterday on the Urban Radio political programme The Parliament, emphasized the need to focus on the human factor of the security structure, while noting that offending officers should not only be sacked, but also prosecuted.

A security consultant Johnny Egbo, who also featured on the programme, remarked on the importance of intelligence gathering in curbing insecurity.

Odaze from Delta state, who called in during the Programme, aired her view about the sensitive issue.
