The Senatorial Candidates of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, of the Enugu West Senatorial zone, Osita Ngwu, has commended the heroic activities of the Equity and Integrity Assembly of Enugu West Senatorial district.
Ngwu, made the commendation when he paid a courtesy visit to members of the assembly at Udi in Enugu State.
Ngwu while describing the Equity and Integrity Assembly as an ambassador of peace, promised to work with them and thanked them for the tremendous roles they played in resolving the controversies surrounding the zoning formula in the state.
Speaking during the visit, the leader of the Assembly, Gary Eneh, pledged the group’s unalloyed support to all the candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party, stressing that the group is proactive in averting anarchy and bloodshed by insisting on strict adherence to the existing zoning system which has brought about equity, justice, and oneness in the state.
Urban Radio Correspondent, Chioma Onwuasomba said the meeting was attended by distinguished members of the assembly, including Secretary of the Assembly, Justus Opah, Publicity Secretary of the Assembly, Peter Aniagbaoso; P.R.O of the assembly, Joe Anieze; Nelson Uduji; Charles Ajah amongst others.
