The Sector Commander, Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC in Enugu State, Corp Commander Joseph Toby has reiterated the need for drivers to thoroughly run medical check up before driving.

Toby laid this emphasis yesterday at the official launching and unveiling of Independent Online Manifest Iom, Southeast Regional Edition at FRSC Secretariat, Enugu state.

He commended the Governor of Enugu state, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi and the Transport Drivers Health Care Safety Initiative TDHCSI, for thinking out of the box in creating the IOM initiative, the first of it’s kind.

Delivering keynote lecture, on the importance of Driver’s Health and passenger manifest, the head of FRSC Sector Transport Standardization, Chukwumereije Mbe, charged all drivers to avoid drug abuse, alcoholism, and night travels.
