The Federal High Court, has declared the controversial Ebonyi Cybercrimes Law 2021 unconstitutional.

The Federal High Court sitting in Abakiliki, the Ebonyi State capital, hasdeclared the controversial Ebonyi Cybercrimes Law 2021 unconstitutional, null and void.

The court’s ruling followed a suit by one Pascal Etu who had sued the governor of the State David Umahi, challenging the controversial law.
