Major political Stakeholders and youths drawn across sectional and political party divide from Eha-Alumona in Nsukka local government area have condemned some of their natives whom they described as miscreants and mischievous detractors against the Governor of Enugu State Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi good administration in Enugu state.

Some unidentified persons in the community had issued a statement claiming to have banned all political meetings in the community in protest of purported 16km and 24km roads that are still under construction in their community but stakeholders from the community, in a meeting yesterday disassociated the community from the faceless opposition elements,

The Chieftains including the Attorney General of the state, Militus Eze; Chairman of the state Board of Internal Revenue, Emeka Odo; House of Assembly member, Chinedu Nwamba; Youth Leader, Ibeamaka Odoh, among others said that the Ugwuanyi administration has impacted on the community more than any other administration in the past 50 years.

They lamented that it was quite unfortunate that some disgruntled elements with selfish political interests ahead of the 2023 general election would mischievously use the name of Eha-Alumona youths in a failed attempt to undermine the genuine efforts that the incumbent Governor has made in giving the people of Eha-Alumona a sense of belonging through different interventions.
