GOV UGWUANYI REITERATES CONTINUOUS SUPPORT FOR SECURITY AGENCIES

The Governor of Enugu State, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi has reiterated his administrations support towards the Nigerian army and other security agencies in the state in ensuring effective discharge of their duties.


UGWUANYI stated this over the weekend at the Headquarters 82 Division Nigerian Army 2021 West African Social Activities WASA, where he appreciated the efforts of the Nigerian army in providing adequate security in the state and Nigeria.

In his welcome address, the General Officer Commanding 82 Division Nigerian Army, Major General T. A Lagbaja, who revealed that WASA is an annual event that signifies the successes of the activities of the Nigerian army as scheduled, lauded Governor UGWUANYI for his numerous support.
He affirmed that he will not relent in the continuous improvement on the welfare of the officers and soldiers and also awarded officers who performed well in the past year, to encourage others to discharge their duties diligently.

Urban Radio Correspondent Ifeyinwa Ogbue, who was at the event said the occasion was graced by other dignitaries, including; the Officer Commanding Ground Training Command Air Vice Marshal I. O DARAMORA, the Chief Of Staff 82 Division Headquarters Brigadier General G. O ONWUREBE, Enugu State Chief Judge represented by Justice C. O AJAH, amongst others.
