DOLLY PARTON’S THEME PARK SUBMERGED BY FLOOD.

A strong thunderstorm has caused a flash flood at Dolly Parton’s theme park in the city of Tennessee, United States.

 Videos from inside the theme park named, Dollywood, shows fast-flowing water cascading past rides and flooding souvenir shops.

 The park, in a statement on X, noted that guests had been directed to safety during the storm, adding that one person had been reported with a minor injury.

Country music star, Dolly Parton, who grew up in the area, lent her name to the park in 1986 and also makes occasional appearances.

The theme park features thrill rides, as well as arts and crafts, food, and music.
