BONIFACE WINS FIFTH CONSECUTIVE ROOKIE OF THE MONTH AWARD.

Bayer Leverkusen’s, VICTOR BONIFACE has won the Rookie of the Month award for a fifth consecutive time this season.

The 22-year-old who had previously won the award in August, September, October and November, has scored three goals and provided two assists in three league appearances for Xabi Alonso’s side this month.

The Nigeria international will hope to add to the tally when they  take on Bochum in their final game of 2023 tonight..

The striker has also registered nine goals in 15 league appearances for Leverkusen this season and has scored four more in the UEFA Europa League.
