The Secretary of All Progressives Congress APC, in Enugu State, Rob Ngwu, says having a Muslim running mate with the presidential candidate of the party, Bola Ahmed Tinubu would fuel more division in the country considering the religious make-up of Nigeria.

Ngwu made the comment yesterday when he featured on Urban Radio flagship programme, The Parliament, in reaction to the recent speculation of APC fielding a Muslim-Muslim ticket in the 2023 presidential election.

Speaking on the recently concluded presidential primaries of the party, Ngwu, maintained that the southeast zone did not entirely play a vital role in the primaries due to the number of delegates in the region.

Obi from Enugu State who called to contribute on the programme, has this to say.
