PRESIDENT TINUBU TO VISIT JOS AFTER DEADLY ATTACK

President BOLA TINUBU will today, visit Jos, the Plateau State capital, following the deadly Palm Sunday attack in Angwan Rukuba district of Jos, which left no fewer than 28 people dead.

Presidential spokesman, BAYO ONANUGA, who disclosed this in a statement yesterday, said the President, who was originally scheduled to visit Ogun State to flag off operations at the Gateway International Cargo Airport, will instead head to the North-Central state to commiserate with the government and people over the recent attacks.

This comes after he received Plateau State Governor, CALEB MUTFWANG, at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, where he vowed that the perpetrators would not go unpunished.
