The Senior Special Assistant to the president on media and publicity Garba Shehu has denied reports that his principal President Muhammadu Buhari is unwilling to hand over to the President-elect, Bola Tinubu, at the end of his tenure on May 29, saying the government is already in the transition phase.
Shehu denounced it as outrageous and fake and condemned the fake news gang for attributing a false quote to Buhari and circulating it, describing the premise presented by an online medium as pretty pathetic.
