PRESIDENT BOLA TINUBU CELEBRATES KWANKWASO AT 70.

President BOLA TINUBU has congratulated former Kano State Governor and vice presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), RABIU KWANKWASO, on his 70th birthday. 

In a birthday message issued by his spokesperson, BAYO ONANUGA, President TINUBU described KWANKWASO as a longtime associate,  recalling that their relationship began in 1992 when both served in the National Assembly. 

The President also recalled their role in founding the All Progressives Congress in 2013, and praised KWANKWASO’s contributions to Kano State and Nigeria at large, noting his service as a two-term governor, senator, and former Minister of Defence.

The president also  wished him good health, personal fulfilment and many more years of service to the country.
