NIGERIAN SINGER PORTABLE GRANTED BAIL AFTER ALTERCATION WITH POLICE OFFICERS.

Nigerian controversial Singer Habeeb Okikiola popularly known as Portable has been granted bail by a High Court in Ifo, Ogun State.

Portable recently landed in police custody on Friday, March 31, 2023, after he engaged with police officers at his bar, during which one of them was allegedly injured.

Delivering his ruling on the bail application made by his counsel, Magistrate A.S Shoneye said the offenses were bailable and granted him bail of 300,000 Naira ordering him to provide two sureties who must reside within the jurisdiction of the honorable court.

The court, however, ruled that the defendant be transferred to the Ilaro correctional center, pending the time his bail requirements were met.
