Nigeria’s Flying Eagles and Morocco yesterday played out a goalless draw in their Group B clash at the June 30 Air Defence Stadium in Cairo.

Both teams struggled to create any clear-cut scoring opportunities throughout the match.

The Flying Eagles dominated the first half but managed just one shot on target, while Morocco took control after the break, posing a little threat to goalkeeper Ebenezer Harcourt.

The North Africans remain top of the group, though on goal difference, as they are level on four points with Nigeria.

The Flying Eagles will face Kenya in their final group fixture on Wednesday.
