FEDERAL GOVERNMENT MOVES TO COMPLETE ABANDONED HOUSING PROJECTS

The Federal Government has commenced a nationwide assessment of abandoned federal housing estates with a mandate to rehabilitate, upgrade, and complete all viable projects to address the country’s housing deficit.

The Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Engr. Muttaqa Rabe Darma, disclosed the initiative during an inspection of an abandoned National Housing Programme (NHP) estate located in the Kubwa-Karsana District of the Federal Capital Territory.
