Jade Osiberu’s action-thriller Brotherhood will hit streaming service Amazon Prime Video on January 27, 2023, following an over 300 million Naira run in Nigerian theatres.
Debuting in theatres on September 23, 2022, the movie opened with 53.23 million Naira, earning 118.50 million Naira in the second week.
The film crossed the 200 million Naira bar in its fourth week; a huge win because it was contending with international titles like The Woman King and Black Adam.
Since then, Brotherhood has earned 328 million Naira and became Nollywood’s highest-grossing title of the year.
Directed by Loukman Ali the movie tells the story of twin brothers who find themselves in opposite directions of the law after the tragic death of their parents when they were young.
Famous Nollywood actress and producer Toyin Abraham has revealed that a broken home is her greatest fear in life.
While speaking in her recent interview, the multi-talented actress said she could not imagine not living together with her husband, narrating how she constantly pray against strange women and men who plot to destroy people’s marriages.
Toyin, who has established a name for herself in the movie industry with many nominations and awards to her credit, was formerly married to actor Johnson Adeniyi, in 2013 but the union crashed in 2015.
In 2019, the actress then tied the knot with actor Kolawole Ajeyemi and the union is blessed with two children.
