An NGO, LASEDI, has thrown its weight behind the zoning of the governorship position in Enugu.

A non-governmental organization, Legal Aid and Self Development Initiative LASEDI, has thrown its weight behind the zoning of the governorship position in Enugu State to the Enugu East Senatorial District.

LASEDI made its position known todaythrough its Executive Secretary, Onyinye Isiani, and said all aspirants with pending corruption cases should quit the race.

He lauded the efforts of the administration of the Governor of Enugu State Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, in sustaining peace in the state.
