The Enugu House of Assembly has promised to liaise with the state government to ensure that the Enugu State Broadcasting Service ESBS is upgraded to enable it to perform at its best.
The Chairman, House Committee on Information and Communication, Geoffrey Mba, who made the promise today in Enugu said improving the service of the state-owned media outfit would enable it to disseminate policies and programmes of the state government effectively.
The Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics ASUP would commence a 2-week industrial action with effect from Monday, 16th of May 2022. The Academic Staff of the polytechnics disclosed the decision today in a statement released after its emergency meeting of the Union’s National Executive Council.
