JAMB EXTENDS DEADLINE FOR CANDIDATES TO ACCEPT OR REJECT OUTSTANDING ADMISSIONS.

The  Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, (JAMB), has called on candidates offered admission from 2021 to 2026 to accept or reject their outstanding admission offers as they extend the deadline for the acceptance of admissions.

According to JAMB, the new deadline  September 30, 2026, which replaced  the earlier deadline  August 31 will give candidates more time to process their decision of accepting or rejecting the admission offers.

The Board also clarified that candidates who have secured admission in the 2026 but still have an earlier admission offer pending can reject the offer, noting that the rejection will  not affect the new admission.

It urges affected students to make the necessary corrections within the stipulated period warning that failure to comply will render the offer invalid.
