Anambra State Governor, CHARLES SOLUDO, has sworn in 18 commissioners and four heads of government agencies in a significant administrative and political restructuring aimed at strengthening governance in the state.
Addressing the newly appointed officials during the inauguration ceremony held at the Government House in Awka, Governor SOLUDO charged them to look beyond the prestige of political appointments and embrace service-driven leadership rooted in accountability, discipline and excellence.
The governor stated that his administration would prioritise performance, innovation and measurable outcomes, while cautioning appointees against complacency in public service.
Among those sworn in were members of the governor’s first-term cabinet, including LAW MEFOR, AFAM OBIDIKE and PATRICK AGHA, a development seen as a reflection of the governor’s confidence in key members of his previous team.
