A Public Affairs Analyst, NDUBUISI ENECHI-ONYIA, has criticized recent developments surrounding opposition parties as the 2027 election draws closer.

Speaking yesterday as a guest on Urban Parliament, a political programme on Urban Radio, ENECHI-ONYIA encouraged opposition parties to stand firm, alleging that the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC will do anything to ensure victory in the 2027 general election.

The analyst highlighted deviations from the democratic system of government, stressing that the courts now make decisions for both political parties and the electoral process, and called for a change in the system.

ANTHONY CARIMORE, who called into the programme from Anambra State, alleged that the APC is using the judicial system to ensure it remains in power, regardless of the welfare of citizens.

Following the defection of opposition figures, PETER OBI and RABIU KWANKWASO, the National Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress, APC, FELIX MORKA, has criticized the former Anambra State governor and other opposition leaders as politicians unwilling to remain in one party to build it, accusing OBI of preferring an uncontested presidential ticket.
