BURNA BOY’S MOM DEFENDS HIM AMID ALLEGATIONS OF BEING ARROGANT

BOSE OGULU,  mother of grammy award winning artist, BURNA BOY, has spoken out in defense of her son following backlash on social media over allegations of arrogance.

The criticism comes after a reported altercation at a nightclub in Lagos involving Burna Boy and DJ Tunez, who is associated with Wizkid, an incident that further fueled public reactions.

Many Nigerians have since accused BURNA BOY of being confrontational and overly aggressive in his interactions, with some labeling him arrogant.

However, speaking during an interview, OGULU dismissed the criticism, stating that she has no issue with being perceived as arrogant and suggested that confidence and self-awareness are often misinterpreted.

According to her, embracing one’s worth should not be seen as a negative trait, and emphasized that recognizing one’s value and expecting others to acknowledge it, is not something to apologize for.
