NEPAL CHINA BORDER FLOOD KILLS  DOZENS

Over  Dozens of  people have been declared    missing after heavy rainfall in the Tibet region of China triggered a deluge in the Bhote Koshi River, which flows through both Nepal and China, washing away the bridge that connects the two countries.

Nepalese authorities report that at least 18 people are missing, while Chinese media state that 11 people are missing on the Chinese side of the border.

The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority (NDRRMA), via its X platform, said the missing persons  includes; six Chinese workers and three policemen.
