TOLU AROKODARE came out on top against his Super Eagles teammate JORDAN TORUNARIGHA as KRC Genk thrashed KAA Gent 4-0 in the Belgian Pro League Championship playoff.
AROKODARE had a goal ruled out for offside in the 28th minute, but soon found the back of the net five minutes after the break, scoring Genk’s second goal of the match.
The striker featured for 70 minutes before being replaced by South Korean international OH HYEON-GYU, while centre-back TORUNARIGHA played the full 90 minutes for Gent.
It was AROKODARE’s 18th league goal of the season for the Smurfs.
