GOVERNOR OF ENUGU STATE SANCTIONS RELEASE OF PROMOTION LIST FOR CIVIL SERVANTS.

The Governor of Enugu State Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi yesterday approved the release of the 2021 and 2022 promotion list for civil servants in the state.

The Chairman of Enugu State Civil Service Commission, ESCSC, Robinson Odo while announcing the release of the promotions, stated that about 3,089 civil servants on salary grade levels, 04 to16 benefited from the promotions, noting that the exercise followed due process as the promotional examination was conducted in written form for the eligible staff, followed by oral interview.

He explained that the promotion exercise was in fulfillment of the Governor’s earlier promise to clear all backlogs of promotions for civil servants in the state, and thanked all those who worked tirelessly to ensure that the promotion exercise was successful.

The beneficiaries of the promotion were eligible civil servants across the state’s Ministries, Departments, and Agencies MDAs who participated in the promotion exercise conducted by Enugu State Civil Service Commission in November 2022.
