Federal High Court,Removes Nwosu Led ADC Executives.

Justice Binta Nyako of the Federal High Court, Abuja yesterday removed the Ralph Nwosu-led leadership of the African Democratic Congress ADC and nullified all actions the executive committee took from August 21 to date.

Justice Nyako also affirmed Patricia Akwashiki as the authentic National Chairman of the party with counsel to Akwashiki, Benson Igbanoi affirming that by the court order, the actions of the NWOSU-led executive between August 21 and December 20 become void.

Igbanoi said those actions, including the sack of the presidential candidate, Dumebi Kachikwu have been invalidated.

The matter was commenced using an originating summons filed on August 30, 2022.
