CAFTo Introduce Var to Underage And Inter-Club Competitions Next Year.

The Confederation of African Football, CAF has announced it will apply the use of Video Assistant Referee, VAR for all underage and inter-club competitions in 2023.

CAF maintained that VAR will be present at all venues of the under-age tournaments while it will be introduced to the inter-club competitions from the quarter-finals stage.

The 2023 Africa U-17 Cup of Nations will be hosted by Algeria, while Egypt, will host the U-20 competition.

The Golden Eaglets and Flying Eagles have already qualified for both competitions.
