The Enugu State Police Command yesterday announced that the automated physical and credential screening exercise for applicants of the State origin, who successfully applied and completed the online registration in the ongoing 9th Regular Course Intake into the Nigeria Police Academy, Wudi-Kano, has been scheduled to hold from Monday, 26 September 2022 to Saturday, 1 October 2022, by 8 am daily, at the Senior Police Officers Mess Agbani Road, Enugu
In a press release by the Police Public Relations Officer DSP Daniel Ndukwe, the applicants were enjoined to report to the venue in clean white T-shirts and shorts, with their mandatory basic screening requirements, which must be neatly arranged in two white flat files attached with recent passport photographs.
They were advised to come with a Printout of the Screening Invitation Slip, evidence of physical/mental fitness from a government-recognized Medical Hospital, evidence of Good Character duly signed by the applicant’s Village/District Head or Traditional Ruler, Certificate of origin duly signed by the applicants’ Local Government Chairman, National Identity Number NIN Slip.
Meanwhile, the Commissioner of Police, CP Ahmed Ammani, while wishing the applicants success in the screening exercise, reiterated that the exercise, which is free and without any monetary obligation, would be fully guided by the statutory entry requirements into the Nigeria Police Force, urging them to be wary of scammers and report any contrary act for necessary action.
