Professor Benard Odoh, has petitioned the Inspector General of Police IGP, Alkali Baba Usman, and other security chiefs in Nigeria.

The gubernatorial candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA in Ebonyi State, Professor Benard Odoh, has petitioned the Inspector General of Police IGP, Alkali Baba Usman, and other security chiefs in Nigeria over the continuous attacks and destruction of the party’s billboards in the state.

Odah in a statement signed by his Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Charles Otu yesterday in Abakaliki, accused the Ebubeagu security operatives in the state of masterminding the attacks and destruction of his billboards in the state, alleging that they are no longer safe from attacks in the state.

The APGA guber candidate further urged the governor of Ebonyi state David Umahi to call the Ebubeagu operatives to order, and possibly punish the perpetrators, to avert clashes of interest between members of the public and the operatives in the Ohaozara Local Government Area and other places in the state.
