Super Eagles and Feyenoord striker has emerged as the first ever top scorer.

Super Eagles and Feyenoord striker Cyriel Dessers has emerged as the first ever top scorer in the inaugural UEFA Europa Conference League.

Dessers finished as top scorer with 10 goalsat the conclusion of the competition last nightwhich saw Roma beat them 1-0 to lift the title.

The loanee from Genk was in action in the final played in Tirana, Albania, but could not help Feyenoord to a first European title since 2002 after Italian Nicolo Zaniolo 32nd minute goal, landed Roma a first ever European title.

Dessers ended the season with 21 goals, six assists in 46 games in all competitions for the Dutch side.
