SPANISH STRIKER, JESÚS DE MIGUEL DIES AFTER COLLISION WITH GOALKEEPER.

Spanish football club CD Tenerife have announced the death of  striker, JESÚS DE MIGUEL, who died in a thorough collision with FC Andorra goalkeeper, JESUS OWONO, during a Spanish second division match. 

The Club confirmed the death of the  30 year old striker in a statement expressing sadness over what it described as a cruel outcome, and also extended condolences to MIGUEL’s family, his loved ones and all who mourn  his death.

Recall that the collision happened towards the last stage of the match, when the striker went for a loose ball but unfortunately collided heavily with the goalkeeper, leaving him unconscious on the pitch.

Although all necessary medical attention was given to him both at the pitch and in the hospital, MIGUEL gave up today.
