NIGERIA’S FLYING EAGLES TO FACE TUNISIA, AND TWO OTHERS IN AFCON U-20

Nigeria’s Flying Eagles have been drawn in Group B with Tunisia, Kenya and Morocco for the 2025 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations.

The Confederation of African Football, CAF, held a fresh draw for the competition in Cairo , Egypt yesterday.

Egypt stepped in to host the competition following Cote d’Ivoire’s withdrawal and they will be up against Tunisia in their opening fixture of the competition on Sunday, April 28

Hosts Egypt, South Africa, Sierra Leone, Zambia and Tanzania are in Group A, while holders Senegal are pitched in Group C with the Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo and Ghana.

The competition will commence on Sunday, April 27 with the opening fixture between Egypt and Amajita of South Africa.
