MAN CITY REPORTEDLY IN TALKS WITH MARESCA TO REPLACE GUARDIOLA

Manchester City have reportedly held “positive talks” with former Chelsea manager ENZO MARESCA as part of contingency plans to replace PEP GUARDIOLA.

GUARDIOLA’S future at the Etihad Stadium has become a subject of growing speculation, with the Spaniard now entering the final months of his current contract.

According to reports, City’s are actively preparing for a potential managerial transition, with MARESCA, who previously worked within the club’s setup, emerging as a leading candidate.

The development follows increasing rumours that Guardiola could step down at the end of the season, but  Manchester City remain hopeful that he will honour his contract, which runs until 2027.
