GOVERNOR OF ENUGU STATE CHARGES NEW COMMISSIONER FOR BUDGET ON PRIORITIZING LIFE-IMPACTING PROJECTS.

The Governor of Enugu State Peter Mbah has charged the newly appointed Commissioner for Budget and Planning in the state, Chris Robert Ozongwu to prioritize the projects that would impact directly on the lives of the people, urging him to quickly integrate into the team what would take the state to enviable heights.

Mbah yesterday at the Government House, Enugu, during the swearing-in ceremony of the 21st commissioner expressed confidence that the budget under Ozongwu would drive development, boost productivity, and optimize all the sectors.

On his part, the new commissioner thanked the governor for obliging him the opportunity to be part of his team to serve the state, pledging his commitment to the tasks that would be assigned to him.

Urban Radio Correspondent, Ifeyinwa Ogbue the Secretary to the State Government Chidi Onyi, and Chief of Staff Victor Udeh among others witnessed the oath-taking administered by the Solicitor General of the State Victor Emeribe.
