FANS GATHER TO MOURN DEATH OF FORMER ONE DIRECTOR STAR, PAYNE

The former One Direction star, LIAM PAYNE, has died at the age of 31 after falling from the third floor of a hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

 In a statement, police said they discovered PAYNE’S body after an emergency crew responded to a call in the upscale neighbourhood of Palermo yesterday.

 PAYNE had risen to global fame as part of the much-loved boyband created on the X Factor TV show in 2010, along with HARRY STYLES, LOUIS TOMLINSON, NIALL HORAN and ZAYN MALIK.

 Meanwhile, Fans have been gathering outside the hotel to mourn the death of the singer – lighting candles, singing One Direction songs and holding a moment of silence

 Tributes are also pouring in, including from X Factor stars such as RYLAN CLARK who called it “tragic”
