Daniel Levy has stepped down as executive chairman of Tottenham Hotspur after serving in the position for almost 25 years.

He acquired his stake in December 2000, making him the longest-serving chairman in the Premier League.

While in office, Levy supervised the construction of a new training facility and stadium, but he was criticized by fans for not spending enough on player transfers.

During his tenure at the club, Spurs lifted the League Cup and the Europa League in May, and also advanced to the Champions League final under Mauricio Pochettino.
