COURT STRIKES OUT CRIMINALCHARGE AGAINST VERYDARKMAN

The Chief Magistrate Court in Abuja has struck out the criminal case filed by the Nigeria Police against social media activist, VERYDARKMAN, for lack of evidence.

VERYDARKMAN announced on his social media page that he had been discharged and acquitted by the court after nearly two years of legal proceedings.

He was arraigned in 2024 for allegedly wearing a Nigeria Police uniform without authorisation and claiming to be a Chief Superintendent of Police, CSP, online.

Reacting to the ruling, VERYDARKMAN described it as the end of a prolonged legal battle.
