The bill to create another state in the South-East region has passed a second reading in the House of Representatives. World Champions ARGENTINA defeated a very impressive ECUADOR 4-2 on penalty in their COPA AMERICA quarterfinal match after it ended 1-1 in regulation time at NRG Stadium in HOUSTON to advance to the semifinal.
