DANGOTE DROPS EX-DEPOT PETROL PRICE TO ₦820 PER LITRE

Dangote Petroleum Refinery has again reduced the ex-depot price per litre of petrol from ₦840 to ₦820, the second time in two weeks. In an update, a spokesman for the refinery, TONY CHIEJINA, confirmed the ₦20 marginal reduction, which occurred about one week after the refinery dropped ex-depot petrol price from ₦880 to ₦840 on June 30, 2025. US GOVT BEGINS ISSUING THREE-MONTH SINGLE-ENTRY VISAS TO NIGERIANS

The United States Department of State says it has limited non-immigrant and non-diplomatic visas issued to citizens of Nigeria to a single-entry with a three-month validity period. KING CHARLES  SET TO HOST FRENCH PRESIDENT 

Britain's King Charles is set to welcome French President Emmanuel Macron to Windsor Castle a visit aimed at celebrating the renewal of closer political ties between the two countries. The last state visit to Britain by a French president was in 2008, when Nicolas Sarkozy was hosted by the late Queen Elizabeth. NEPAL CHINA BORDER FLOOD KILLS  DOZENS

Over  Dozens of  people have been declared    missing after heavy rainfall in the Tibet region of China triggered a deluge in the Bhote Koshi River, which flows through both Nepal and China, washing away the bridge that connects the two countries. COACH NANCY CONFIRMS TALKS WITH MERCY CHINWO TO SETTLE ROYALTY DISPUTE 

The Managing Director of EeZee Conceptz Limited, NANCY NNADI, popularly known as COACH NANCY, has disclosed that talks are ongoing to settle the royalty dispute with gospel singer, MERCY CHINWO. Recall that CHINWO,  dragged her former record label boss, EZEKIEL ONYEDIKACHUKWU, better called EEZEETee to court over diversion of $345,000 music royalties in January 2025.  However, NANCY while retracting her alleged defamatory statement of financial misconduct against CHINWO, prayed  that God should perfect the label’s ongoing peace settlement with the gospel singer, adding that the process is being facilitated by respected religious leaders.

VICE PRESIDENT, SHETTIMAAFFIRMS NIGERIA’S STANCE ON NUCLEAR TEST BAN.
