AYRA STARR SHARES NEGATIVE IMPACT OF UNSTABLE ELECTRICITY SUPPLY IN NIGERIA ON HER CHILDHOOD.

Nigerian Afrobeats singer, AYRA STARR, has said that unstable electricity supply in Nigeria had a negative impact on her childhood.

Speaking at a recent event, STARR stated that her life would have been different if she had grown up with a stable electricity supply.

She recalled that inadequate power supply affected her education, career development and even her family’s source of livelihood.

The singer appealed to African leaders to address the electricity challenges facing the continent, stressing that every child deserves access to electricity and other basic social amenities necessary for proper growth.
