Bendel Insurance have expressed concern over the whereabouts of their goalkeeper, JOSHUA BABA, who has remained unreachable since he was last seen on Saturday, August 29, 2026.

The former Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, champions made this known in a statement signed by their Director of Media and Communications, KEHINDE OSAGIEDE, noting that BABA had been granted a two-week break after suffering an injury in the club’s opening match against Warri Wolves.

The shot-stopper, however, did not return to the club after the break, prompting the team to state that it would implement all necessary disciplinary and administrative measures in accordance with his contractual obligations and the applicable NPFL and Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, regulations.

Bendel Insurance also disclosed that the NPFL and NFF had been informed of BABA’s status and the circumstances surrounding his unauthorised absence.
