FALCONETS TO FACE SPAIN IN U-20 WOMEN’S WORLD CUP OPENER

Nigeria’s Falconets will begin their FIFA Under-20 Women’s World Cup campaign today against defending champions Spain in Poland.

The Group F match will take place at the Stadion Sosnowiec and is set to  start at 5 p.m. Nigerian time. 

Falconets coach, MOSES ADUKU says his players are ready and determined to win the game, stressing that the team will treat the match like a final because a win would give Nigeria three important points and put them in a good position in the group.

After facing Spain, the Falconets will face  China on Thursday and New Caledonia on Sunday as they continue their fight for a place in the next round.
