President BOLA TINUBU has reaffirmed hisadministration’s commitment to refurbishing thecountry’s health sector, underlining the pressingneed to address persistent power supplychallenges in the country’s medical institutions.

Speaking through the Secretary to theGovernment of the Federation, GEORGEAKUME, at the National Stakeholders Dialogueon Power in the Health Sector, held yesterday inAbuja, President TINUBU stressed that noNigerian should die due to power interruptionsin healthcare facilities.

The President explained that efforts to improvethe energy situation in healthcare are part of abroader national strategy under the RenewedHope Agenda, which seeks to decentralizeenergy solutions and foster private sectorinvolvement.

He further reassured private investors of aconducive environment for business in thehealth, energy, and infrastructure sectors,highlighting that the government is ready tocollaborate with credible partners, particularlyin renewable and hybrid energy systems.
