ENYIMBA RECORD 1-0 VICTORY OVER EL-KANEMI WARRIORS IN MATCHDAY 28 ENCOUNTER

Enyimba defeated El-Kanemi Warriors 1-0 in Aba yesterday, extending their unbeaten run to three games in the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL.

Striker JOSEPH ATULE scored the winning goal for the Aba giants in the 29th minute, and the club moved up to eighth place on the table with 41 points from 28 matches

On the other hand, Holders Rangers were held to a 1-1 draw by visiting Akwa United at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium in Enugu.

OSOBA KABIR put Akwa United ahead in the 24th minute, while ISAAC SAVIOURequalised for the hosts three minutes after the break.
