LIBYA SACKS COACH AHEAD OF CLASH WITH SUPER EAGLES

The Libya Football Federation, LFF, has sackedSerbian coach MILUTIN SREDOJEVICfollowing the Mediterranean Knights’ poor start at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

The North Africans now occupy the bottom spot in Group D with one point from two games, after they were held to a 1-1 draw by Rwanda on matchday one and also lost 2-1 away to the Cheetahs of Benin Republic in their second game.

According to reports, SREDOJEVIC was sacked due to his failure to build a strong team.

They are expected to visit Uyo, Nigeria, next month to tackle the Super Eagles, before both teams clash again a few days later in Tripoli.
