ESWAMA TO HOLD CLEAN-UP EXERCISE ON SATURDAY.

Enugu State Waste Management AuthorityESWAMA has informed the general public that this month’s clean-up exercise will be held on Saturday, 30th March 2024, between the hours of 7 am and 10 am.

The Special Adviser to the Governor on Waste ANDREAS GEBAUER in a signed statement said the Authority expects Ndi Enugu to be patriotic in cleaning their surroundings, even though there won’t be an enforcement exerciseas they step into the period of the Easter Celebration.

Those who engage in sporting activities around OKPARA SQUARE and any other location within the metropolis are being advised to postpone their sporting activities and join the clean-up exercise.

Meanwhile, the Authority appeals to the general public to bag their wastes properly before disposal and ensure they pay their ESWAMA bills at any commercial bank closer to them and not pay cash to anybody or any agent.
